KWARANS LIBERATION REGARDLESS - By Comrade Sambo Muritala Esq.
"After our primaries and all seems still; people asked why we activated sober mood and i replied thus: I cannot celebrate my victory as the gubernatorial candidate of our party or take any step further which includes the choice of running mate (Deputy Governor)or distort result of other contestants because kwara liberation is a movement which includes all and alone, I cannot do it perfectly, effectively and successfully better. Thus, our prime task if the collective aim of all which is liberation must be realised, is bringing all on board".
Abdulraman Abdulrazaq (gubernatorial candidate of APC Kwara State)
Praise be to almighty God today as we have all that matter on board. For several years, we have struggled hard and harder to dislodge Saraki hegemony in Kwara state but it seems impossible. It had always remained impossible because we had never had all or majority of opposition in a single page of the movement. Then, when a class moved to the north, another one to the west, some held to the east and south and other remained still as they believed in neither of the classes. Divided can never stand even when they hold on to the sincere positions as a single position can only be right.
Kwara For Kwarans Movement embarked on project of investigating aspirants and all have spoken well enough to be entitled to the ticket but it was difficult for us to have all as the governorship candidate. We must agreed on a single candidate to flag the flag of liberation movement. Thus, we tested the desperation of all the aspirants and all agreed to support whosoever win the seat. We had all the aspirants recorded, though we promised all of them to make our discussions with them private and I reassured them all once again that their statements remained a classified one. On behalf of whosoever masterminded the disqualification of Mashood Mustapha and Solihu Mustapha I apologize as kwarans cannot afford to fail again. It should be noted that whatsoever sacrifices all the aspirants offered to rescue kwarans liberated from maladministration of Bukola Saraki will be written in the record of life with a gilded ink.
Some people will say the primaries were manned with irregularities and fraud as if these attributes were never anticipated, participated, facilitated and encouraged by all the aspirants. The real and perfect Primaries of the APC took place in less than 10% of all the units in Kwara State. Parties allotted shares for all the aspirants in consolidation of the considerations of the amount of money assigned to the party by each of the aspirant. That is not to encourage the party official to continue with their impunity.
Let any of the aspirants who has not participated in the fraud show up. They all reached the National Working Committees and national stakeholders of the parties to find a way of having the primary in their favour against all odd. Some bribed, some craved for undue influences, some influenced or fraud the registration of parties. All of them paid parties officials to influenced their scores where no primary took place. Where these were the dictates of the game, it will always be the survival of the fittest.
More so, none of the participants could present a valid result sheets of the primaries as none was given. The disappointed of all was the submissions of two conflicting results of the appellants/aspirants and all claimed to be the winner of the primary. Not only in the legal parlance, even it is not difficult to decide in the parlance of common sense, that neither of the result will be given credence against the result of National Working Committee of the APC. It is the wishes of some people that their interests is more important than the National interests. Prof. Oba Abdulrahim has Kwarans in contemplation in all of his dealings and I know with my relationship with him, he would never forfeit or squander the very chance we have to liberate Kwarans.
It is reported from prophetic tradition that if two believers raise swords against themselves in fight, two of them (the killed and the killer) will enter hell because The killed had intention of killing The Killer but The Killer was just faster. On this note, none can be referred to as a saint. In war, all is fair but in morality, none is well. But The winners and The losers should retrace their steps back to morality.
The Talba of Ilorin is the father of struggle, he was one of the reason most of us think it is important to participate in liberation of Kwara. The war he has started from Kano and given face in the university of Ilorin will never be put to stop in our larger society. In my recent charts with Talba, I know he would never sacrifice the movement for liberation at the alter of his interest and I know he will definitely survive the distractions of these political virus fuelling the crises to frustrate the desire of the masses yawning for survival. Prof. Oba is the Sadaona of Kwara State and I know he would consider our interest and throw his weight behind Abdulraman Abdulrazaq who is the Tafawa Balewa of kwara state to lead the success we are all praying for.
None of the candidate refuses to align with liberation movement as at now tweeting lies to disorganise this camp should not be honoured by good kwarans. It is important to rebuke and condemn those who are abusing or insulting the aggrieved aspirants on the social media as we are all entitle to express our grievances. One thing I am sure of is that none of the aggrieved aspirants will squander this glaring victory for their selfish interest. Kwarans will always come first regardless.
I am using this opportunity to appreciate all aspirants for opportunity given to various assessors in a bid to see if we could have a consensus candidate in peace and harmony. On behalf of liberation group headed by Dr. Amuda Aluko, we appreciate Oba Abu, Yaman, Mashood, Solihu, Lukman, Belgore, Seriki, Maddibo, Akeem, Makama and Gobir. You will forever be remembered in the history of Kwara state. I believe we would record the success we have all been striving to have for a very long period of time.
Let us all work together to support those who secured the ticket to fly our party. We can never have it perfect but it is obvious that we have all tried our best to ensure you were all appealed to. Without you all, we can not be there come 2019.
Finally, if we fail which I know none will facilitate such, none of you we be regarded as activist. We would relate to our children, our children to our children and children’s children how you have elongated our time of slavery for your selfishness. You will never be forgiven and you will all be branded as the enemies of liberation.
Sambo Muritala Esq.

MALLAM IS'HAQ MODIBBO KAWU, A PILLAR IN KWARA POLITICS. By Comrade Adekunle Samson
The trend of political events in kwara state has been such that the progressives are aggressively aligning all various stake holders in the state to have an all inclusive support.
The just concluded governorship primary in the state almost torn APC apart but was rescued by wise man of kwara politics.
Although many felt slighted and cheated but one man stood his ground firm that APC will remain a great force in kwara to force Bukola Saraki out of kwara political dominance and god fatherism.
MALLAM IS'HAQ MODIBBO KAWU, a great administrator and a crusader of good governance for kwara came to the rescue by his administrative skill to align all aggrieved parties in the state.
Today APC remains strong and focus even when they are slighted, they all accepted and promised to work for the interest of the party and the state.
Modibbo Kawu remains a force to reckon with in APC and a pillar of support for all.
Modibbo as a philanthropist has put smiles in the faces of many in kwara without making noise of it. Of recent is the child sported amidst crowd singing Senwele song and was adopted by the great man Modibbo.
Modibbo is a pillar for all and he has promised to give APC gubernatorial candidate his total support during campaign, election and after been elected.
To this end Abdulrazaq AbdulRahaman has promised an all inclusive government when elected.

ATUNWA OF ALL PEOPLE ! MY HOROSCOPICAL VIEW OF ATUNWA, SARAKI ERRAND BOYISM. By Comrade Adekunle Samson
ATUNWA, ALREADY A FAILURE.
I have read some well-informed reactions just as I have read some pathetically uninformed ones, especially from persons who know nothing about Kwara.
Now, the facts:
1. Senate President Bukola Saraki was not in Ilorin during the inconclusive primary election held on Sunday; but he flew into Ilorin late on Sunday night after the commotion and fracas at the venue.
2. Before the primary was disrupted, Bolaji Abdullahi, a cerebral aspirant and tested Saraki ally, was leading by as much as 95% after Ifelodun local government delegates voted. It was when Asa local government delegates were voting that thugs (suspected to be Atunwa’s thugs) stormed the location and disrupted voting, and people ran for their lives.
3. It was SP Bukola Saraki who started applying pressure on the other candidates from Sunday night till Monday afternoon, especially Bolaji Abdullahi, to withdraw for his anointed candidate, Rasaq Atunwa. Following this, Ali Ahmad announced his withdrawal but others, including Bolaji Abdullahi, simply stayed away (boycotted) the venue of the primary, having seen that SP Saraki was hell-bent on imposing Atunwa.
4. Out of the front-runner candidates in PDP, it should have been Bolaji Abdullahi, Dr. Ali Ahmad, and Zakari Mohammed, in that order. Atunwa seemed to be the one without a mind of his own, despite his London accent; a complete stooge with no original ideas, as opposed to Bolaji and Ali, who are intellectuals with proven track records. Atunwa is the exact persona of the current Governor, Abdulfattah Ahmed- a picture of a subordinate Governor- a complete errand boy.
5. APC members, sympathizers, and other Kwarans who are neutral to both parties, are already jubilating in Ilorin after news hit town that Atunwa had been elected as PDP candidate.
6. For people who are not resident in Kwara State, or who are not indigenes of the state, but are making unfounded comments, I say emphatically that Saraki has committed a grave political blunder for foisting Atunwa on the party as candidate.
7. Atunwa is the weakest candidate among the front-running 5 candidates in the primaries. Atunwa is well-known to be aloof, arrogant, and very, very stingy; he has zero social/grassroots connection with Kwarans, and he is seen as completely useless in terms of attracting votes to the party. You may ask almost everyone who had worked with him since 2003 when Bukola Saraki appointed him into the cabinet, on the recommendation of his father, late Sen. Abubakar Olusola Saraki, who fortuitously met Atunwa in London and invited him into Kwara politics.
8. It might interest you all to note that whereas candidates such as Bolaji Abdullahi, Ali Ahmad, and others toured almost all the local governments in the state between August and end of September, Atunwa was the ONLY aspirant who did not do any tour beyond some few areas in Ilorin metropolis. It was as though he was already sure of the ticket and needed not to waste money touring anywhere.
9. In my view, and in the view of informed Kwarans, who know and read the political barometer in the state, Bukola Saraki has dug his own grave by anointing Atunwa. Senior APC people exchanged several text messages yesterday rejoicing over the choice of Atunwa. One of them said that they were largely afraid of Bolaji Abdullahi (or Ali Ahmad to an extent) emerging as candidate, but with Atunwa, it’s a walk-over!
10. This imposed candidate, Atunwa, might be the end of Saraki’s hold on the politics of Kwara. In the Ilorin Emirate where Atunwa claimed to have originated, Asa local government being part of Ilorin Emirate, he is hated with passion. Atunwa cannot win a single polling booth in a Ilorin.
11. One diehard Saraki follower told me yesterday, that: “How will we sell Atunwa to the electorate? Leader (Saraki, that is) has killed us patapata. Atunwa? How When we had Bolaji and Ali Ahmad!”
12. The only thing APC in Kwara State needs to do is to ensure credible primaries and the emergence of a democratically-elected candidate; and this Atunwa clown will be easily defeated. Anything short of that may affect their chances.
These are facts!
I STAND BY MALLAM IS'HAQ MODIBBO KAWU, THE ONLY CANDIDATE TO TAKE KWARA TO THE PROMISED LAND. By Dauda Pampo
I'm tipping Kawu Modibbo to win tomorrow's Kwara APC Guber primary election. I just hope the party will be able to manage whatever crisis that will erupt.
BUKOLA SARAKI; SUFFERING FROM HIS SINS AGAINST HUMANITY IN KWARA.
BUKOLA SARAKI: DEMARCHE AND PROGNOSIS by Is'haq Modibbo Kawu
It was clear to all, that Bukola Saraki would give his all to win the Senate Presidency. He lobbied hard; spent huge sums of money; sent highly respected traditional rulers around and he ferried the Ulama from Ilorin to the Holy Land. Yet, there was a problem with the pursuit. Many of the leaders of the APC did not trust him and National Leader, Bola Tinubu was prepared to stop him. There had developed between the two men an unstated animosity, rooted in so many aspects of the politics of the present and the future.
BY IS’HAQ MODIBBO KAWUJUL 09, 2015
Senator Bukola Saraki
It was indicative of the earth-shattering weight of the burden that he carried, that it took Bukola Saraki almost a week, to find the words to describe the plot that he hatched against his party in the early morning of June 9th, 2015. Some of my more observant friends back home in Ilorin, noticed that he wore the same blue cap for days in a row, which some assigned even mystical reasons. But what played out on the floor of Nigeria’s Senate that morning, revealed most graphically the essential political character of a young man who has taken Nigerian politics by the scruff of the neck, in a most pitiless show of self interest, expediency, lack of defined altruistic principles but an incredible focus on achieving results, no matter how it was done! In Bukola Saraki, Nigeria finally found its most defining politician who learnt from his father how to survive the political minefield, and who surpassed the father in the deployment of a more ruthless streak that shuns all emotional strings for as long as there was an objective to attain. And with Bukola Saraki, the object has always been narrowly defined: his self interest above any other, be it community, interpersonal or national!
Everybody knew that Bukola Saraki is ambitious, some say inordinately over-ambitious. But they also underrate the capacity that he has developed to achieve those ambitions. On the eve of the last Presidential election, the APC campaign train reached Ilorin. And one of the most intriguing scenarios was Bola Tinubu’s dance and song. He heartily praised Bukola Saraki: “OMO OLE JO BABA KAMA BINU OMO” (literally, Bukola Saraki was a chip off the father, so must not be envied!). As we watched on television, a friend of mine remarked that Bola Tinubu had chosen Ilorin to dance on his own political grave! And with the events of the past month, it is clear that Bola Tinubu must be regretting the day he chose to relate with Bukola Saraki. In the lead to Bukola Saraki’s seizure of senate presidency, he had led a systematic campaign against Bola Tinubu’s perceived domineering arrogance. That campaign found traction in many quarters within the APC. In Kwara, Bukola Saraki’s sidekicks regularly rail against Tinubu on radio and even composed a song against Tinubu!
The substance of the struggle within the APC is about the direction of events in the present while the long term struggle for power in the near future is clearly embedded in the bitter fight that is unfolding. Let us be clear about it; Bukola Saraki has a long-standing presidential ambition, dating back to the years of his hegemonic influence under the presidency of the late Umaru Yar’adua. Together with his partner, James Ibori, Bukola Saraki had worked it out that he was going to be the next president and James Ibori, the running mate. The story went that Umaru Yar’adua’s state of health was not going to allow him to run for a send term. Yar’adua had also promised him (Bukola), that he would be the self-anointed successor. Unfortunately, the president died before that could take place! Bukola Saraki, who had meanwhile built up tremendous political influence and a huge financial power, was no longer going to step back from the pursuit of his ambition. So even within the vicissitudes of politics, he kept an eye on the ball, as they say in football, and was prepared to move as close as possible to the ultimate destination of one day becoming Nigerian president. His followers back home in Ilorin say it openly, that for Bukola Saraki, senate presidency is merely a stepping-stone; the ultimate goal remains Aso Villa!
But having stabbed his party in the back with a most treacherous dagger of personal ambition, what are the issues for the present? It is clear that Bola Tinubu is hurting very badly from the tenuous and temporary victory that Bukola Saraki has won in the senate. But given his antecedents, Tinubu is not likely to give up on a fight. And the indications are that the fight will be very dirty indeed. I think that Bukola Saraki is presently riding a tiger and he knows it! In the first place, he was NEVER ideologically committed to APC’s slogan of change. Bukola Saraki is too reactionary and too compromised in his personal political profile to be an apostle of positive change in Nigeria. He joined APC as a project of expediency; he correctly read the portents and knew that Nigerians were fed up with the PDP. In Kwara, there is a groundswell of feeling against the manner that he has run and frankly, ruined the state, in the twelve years of his hegemony. He stole the thunder of the opposition by joining the opposition and becoming a central actor within the APC, even when objectively, he could NEVER have bought into the vision which drives General Muhammadu Buhari. By nature, he is a PDP type of politician, and that was why it was very easy in the long run, to win senate presidency, on the basis of 49 PDP senators and only 8 APC senators supporting him. It was indicative of his most negative Machiavellianism, that despite the initial propaganda that he has the support of a majority of APC senators, he could not trust members of his party to vote for him. He chose to do a deal behind the backs of his party and the APC senators. In truth, he treacherously dealt a blow at the basic honour that was expected of a gentleman, showing clearly that he was not one. And even when politicians in Nigeria are generally seen as not better than bandits, there was expected to be a modicum of honour even amongst bandits! Nigerian people voted out the PDP, but by subterfuge, and in pursuit of naked personal ambition, Bukola Saraki returned to the PDP to find the “unopposed” platform to achieve his personal ambition to become senate president. And in case other politicians don’t know, he has found the redoubt from where he will launch an assault on Nigeria’s presidency! It could be in 2019, depending on how President Muhammadu Buhari performs. Even Buhari in the long run, will discover just far Bukola Saraki will go in the pursuit of power and a personal ambition!
As for the platform to convey his ambition, it seems clear that Bukola Saraki will contest control of the APC from inside over the next four years. We will see what Segun Adeniyi called “Tambuwalism”, this time taken to a new height, by a scheming Bukola Saraki. He will give Bola Tinubu a real fight! One of the least known aspects of the Bukola Saraki kit of political survival is that he had studied the Nigerian terrain very carefully, in the lead to the end of his tenure as Kwara state governor in 2011. He came to the conclusion that the best option is the Tinubu option. And that consists of leaving power but installing a crony that can be trusted to be totally loyal, while the godfather actually rules by remote control. Bukola Saraki has been luckier than Tinubu in that sense, because in Kwara state, his word is literally gospel! The senate president vows openly that he would not allow his own party to dictate to him, but in Kwara state, he dictates EVERYTHING! He suspends party members for being rude to him or for disobeying his directives. It is remarkable therefore, that it was Bukola Saraki who studied the Tinubu method, but has taken the method to a higher level and has consciously chosen to give the master a fight. It is that decision to fight that is continuing to unfold inside the senate and it will go on for a long time, as the various tendencies within the APC jostle for its soul! Bukola Saraki has a fallback option; he will go back to the PDP, if in the long run, that will help him to achieve his ambitions for power. Let us recall that he started out when his father moved from the ANPP to the PDP, in search of governorship of Kwara state, in a titanic battle against the late Governor Muhammed Lawal; from the PDP, after serious crisis with President Goodluck Jonathan, he became one of the leaders of nPDP, which eventually joined the APC; the platform that renewed a flagging political life in Kwara state; and to achieve the ambition of senate presidency, he turned his back against the APC, and ran back to the PDP! The wisdom here is that for Bukola Saraki, what is constant is not idealism, principle, honour or patriotic exertions; far from it. What is constant is the achievement of a personal ambition. And whatever platform offers the greatest advantage of achieving it will be that which he will climb into power. Period!
On a final note, I think the past couple of weeks have considerably whittled the Tinubu mystique in the Nigerian political firmament. Those who want him diminished are working hard and are also gloating at his temporary misfortunes. I have NEVER met Bola Tinubu and I have written against his style on several occasions. But the CHANGE that we are all happy about today in Nigeria, has come about largely as a result of the vision and devoted political work that Bola Tinubu did with many patriots from all over Nigeria. It was Bola Tinubu’s dogged commitment, which helped to build the alliance between the North and the Southwest that could win power at the center for the first time in Nigerian history. Whatever might be his political inadequacies Bola Tinubu has made a MAJOR contribution that we cannot ignore. It is therefore imperative that all those who wish Nigeria well and have been shocked by the manner that senate presidency was hijacked by stealth, by a most reactionary individual, must not lose sight of the fact that Nigerians voted for the change they promised us. They must find the means to ensure that progressive forces rally to defend their turf and in the final analysis, defeat the reactionary forces; in senate and in politics in general!

BREAKING NEWS: PLOT TO TAKE KWARA BACK TO SARAKI UNCOVERED.
It has come to many of us by surprise the purported kangaroo hugwashing step-down of some of the aspirants in APC this night in there bid to giving a chance for one of the saraki planted moles to emerge a candidate in APC again .
The game planned of this same political hegemony of the sarakites in PDP in 2015 is still fresh in our memories even when Kwarans will never forgive those political suicidal politicians that their conspiracy led to emergence of Sen Suleiman Ajibola in 2015. What a shame !
The game has started again as tomorrow is the governorship primaries in Kwara state and the permutations that capsized the boat of Kwara legendary political freedom in 2015 has started again.
Watch out as the permutations continue to be unveiled like a dreaming drama, more like a pranks in the tales by moonlight.
It is expected that more of the aspirants in this cacophonous team are expected to step down before the primaries start by Saturday.
The major actors in the current conspiracy and plot to return kwara back to Saraki include Muina Shagaya, Abdulrahaman Abdulrasaq, Prof. Abubakar Suleiman , Amb Yahya Seriki and Dele Belgore (SAN).
The conspiracy theory against the interest of kwarans in 2014 is still fresh in people's memory. The plot on how Saraki intimated Muina Shagaya, Dele Belgore and Abdulrahaman Abdulrasaq to install Prof. Abubakar Suleiman as the minister against the people's choice, Yinka Aluko.
The same set of people also worked hard to stop Yinka Aluko after the PDP primaries that produced Aluko in 2015. Aluko eventually left the ticket for Deputy governor position while Abdulrahaman gave Bukola Saraki a free ride to senate after defeating all the aspirants in there heavily monetized primaries.
Iyiola Akogun and some other leaders of the party then were deceived by this same Muinat Shagaya to play vital roles in the plots but Iyiola and others came to realise their plots and backed out.
What a political permutations and game plans at the expends of Kwara and Kwarans !
The latest plots was perfected by Muinat Shagaya and Bukola saraki again.
The game for the gubernatorial primaries come Saturday is for Dele Belgore and Yahaya Seriki to step down for Abdulrahaman Abdulrasaq a man without structure; they were instructed to do the cowardice job so they will give room for a play to play elections come 2019; all in the bid to get Saraki hegemony continue at the expends of dying Kwarans.
Two other aspirants that were involved in the plots would either step down officially or strategically any moment from now and i will keep u posting.
I hope we all remember that Dele Belgore also made himself available to betray the people of Ilorin west after the supports he enjoyed from them in 2011. The information has it that, Belgore strategically worked against Oloriegbe senatorial ambition to create viable ground for Abdulrahaman Abdulrasaq who is also a serial contender with Bukola Saraki but never get Saraki defeated in any contest , Abdulrahman Abdulrasaq is a serial pretender and his game to continue in his normal pretends is what they just hatched again now.
Dele Belgore is a serial betrayal of trust and he so much believes in cabal than the people; reasons why he betrayed the people and his party (PDP) in 2015 when he failed to distribute the huge cash dole out to him by GEJ for party purpose.
Sequel to the hatching of this game plan , the attention of the APC as been called to this game plan; but the party pretend not to know anything about the ongoing political calculations hopefully for not wanting to hurt any of the aspirants and their followers .
But the party must know that in the party (APC) struggle is far more than a jamboree political platform , the party is a movement and every reasonable Kwaran today only see the party as the pivotal leverage to gaining the much awaited freedom.
If APC must succeed in Kwara , they must be ready to sacrifice for the people and the only sacrifice is for the party to produce the best candidate for Kwarans .
A candidate devoid of stained historical past, a candidate who is widely accepted and a candidate that can not be traced to the much destructive saraki hegemony.
Kwarans should wake up now
The fight for the soul of our state is now or never.
